Samir Kumar Sah began his career as an engineer, building enterprise grade software at Motorola, EFI, and ARRIS. Over time, he realized that technology succeeds only when it understands people. This insight shaped his transition from engineering to strategy and from technology to empathy.
In 2016, he founded Pritbor, a Growth and Capability Design Partner that helps B2B tech and SaaS companies move from Capacity Chaos to clarity, capability, and sustainable scale.

Samir believes growth is not a campaign but a living system that connects people, purpose, and process.
Understanding people deeply reveals what truly matters for meaningful growth.
Unified teams develop the skills and systems needed to perform with consistency.
When purpose is clear, teams move together with shared focus and direction.
Competence strengthens belief, creating momentum that sustains long-term success.
Samir expresses this belief through the Empathic Growth System™, a framework that combines empathy, AI, and systems thinking to deliver clarity and alignment that compound over time.
